The Second Israel Organizational Behavior Conference (IOBC) January 5th-7th, 2014 Conference Topic: Teams at the Intersection of Individuals and Organizations: Where to Next?
Following on the success of the first Israel Organizational Behavior Conference (IOBC) -- held at Tel Aviv University’s Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration in December, 2011 -- we are pleased to announce the call for papers for the Second IOBC, to be held at Tel Aviv University on January 5th – 7th, 2014. Co-sponsored by the Organizational Behavior Division of the Academy of Management (AOM), and the Journal of Organizational Behavior, this second conference will focus on teams and team-based structures.
The tentative program features several prominent keynote speakers including Professors Bradley Kirkman (North Carolina State University), Steve Kozlowski (Michigan State University), and Denise Rousseau (Carnegie Mellon University), who will receive the IOBC's Lifetime Achievement Award. The IOBC will offer a unique opportunity to explore recent developments and new directions in team research. The conference will also provide numerous opportunities to share work-in-progress, receive feedback and interact with leading scholars in the field with the hope of forging fruitful and ongoing collaborations.
