About the Alumni Association
The Recanati Alumni Association was founded in 1998 as a home to the Faculty of Management's graduates. The foundation was a joint initiative of the faculty members, led by the dean at the time, Professor Israel Zang and a group of alumni.
The Founders Conference held in August 1998 marked the start of the Association's activities, and in 2001, the dean at the time, the late Professor Kandel Shmuel together with the Director of the Alumni Association at the time, Ms. Irit Kassif, continued to develop it.
Today, the association is the home of over 21,000 alumni and is the focal point of the faculty's Development, International Relations and Marketing activities.
Along the years, the Recanati alumni association became the only alumni association in Israel to operate chapters abroad, in Boston , Chicago , New-York City and the Silicon Valley .
The Recanati Alumni Association strives to develop close reciprocal relations between the Faculty of Management and its alumni and to foster networking among them. As a forum for ongoing dialog between academia and the business world, it will work towards improving the quality of management and play an active role in projects dedicated to improving the quality of community life.
